The online language institute for language teachers was opened in early 2009 by language teachers Taher-Ali Balazadeh (Iran-Tehran) and Jack Krayer (UK-Cardiff). The institute was established with the aim of providing a scientific collection of specialists in different languages and tests in different languages.
